Cropping Information

The table below contains the information about how the original scans were cropped to remove regions not containing lung volume. This was done to reduce the size of the images to be downloaded since only the lung volumes are to be registered. This information is provided for completeness, however in many cases the fixed and moving scans were acquired in different sessions and the lung volumes are not necessarily expected to be roughly aligned by using this data to define translations.

The table columns below may be understood as follows:
Dim X, Dim Y, Dim Z are the dimensions of the full original image before cropping. Min X, Min Y and Min Z specify the coordinate location at which the cropped image begins (coordinates begin at 0,0,0). Max X, Max Y and Max Z specify the coordinate location at which the cropped image ends. Specifically the dimensions of the cropped image are given by (Max X - Min X + 1, Max Y - Min Y + 1, Max Z - Min Z + 1).
